Reason # 52 Visual Aid Series: Celebrating the JOURNEY (and Travels) of life

Quite a few days ago we shared about the places I have had the privilege to visit in my lifetime (so far). At times I had quite a wondering spirit.

These days I much rather travel via YouTube in the comfort of my own little BosHuisie.

Still, I have a feeling that my travels are far from over. I will be ready for these "new" destinations once they announce themselves. For now, I am much more interested in retrospective and introspective journeys and to travel on the roads of Esoteric wisdom and new Gnosis (knowledge) to learn. Lots of this information was not so readily accessible in my youth (hidden even), but became abundant in our current age.

What a joy to be alive in this time. Yes, their are a split ahead for humanity, but each one of us will experience this according to our own growth and believes. There are no right or wrong paths.

I love this quiet truth and peace that dawns on us the older we get. It just once again confirms that life is not a destination, but a journey.

Not a series of achievements to collect or boxes to tick, but rather a path that unfolds step by step, often in ways we never planned or expected.

We journey through seasons—some lush and green with abundance, others barren and dry with challenges. We journey through relationships, through changes in our bodies, our beliefs, our hopes. We journey through grief and joy, through loss and rediscovery, through disappointment and the surprise of healing in unexpected places.

No road is entirely straight.

There are winding bends and detours we never saw coming. But even those seemingly wasted roads (perceived as Lows or Mistakes by us)  teach us something essential. Often, it is in the valleys that we learn to breathe deeper, and on the mountain tops that we see how far we’ve come.

And some parts of this magical journey we must be prepared to walk alone, finding our inner compass, listening to the quiet whisper that tells us we’re still on the way...

In the winding down of the Blog I am starting a short new serious akin to the "a Picture tells a thousand words" series. This time it is a "Visual aid" series. In an Educational context we use this term when we put concepts into a picture to be a visual aid to explain topics clearer. As I said, it is akin to a photo but these are going to be a kind of summary of blessings discussed earlier. If we put these blessings into an illustration - it sometimes shed more light....

Today, also in line with what we discussed above,  I want to illustrate all my travels with the following visual:

Maldives (Alimatha)

Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)

Buenos Aires (Argentina)

Mauritius

Madagascar

Seychelles

Germany

Greece

the Netherlands

Belgium

France

Zimbabwe

Zambia

Angola

Botswana

Mozambique

Malawi

Namibia

Lesotho

Phuket...

Maybe one day we must try and do the same with the Spiritual Journey.
